Managing investments and providing clear customer communications is at the heart of everything we do. If you have a complaint about the management of the fund you invest in or the literature we issue, you may lodge your complaint in one of three ways:

  1. Call 020 3714 1500 and ask to be put through to the Complaints team

(Link Fund Solutions) If you are an investor in any of the CF Miton funds and have an administrative question about your own account, please contact Link Fund Solutions, our third party administration partner. They will be better placed to help you. You can reach them on 0345 606 6182.

 

(Maitland Institutional Services Limited) If you are an investor in the MI Miton Cautious Monthly Income Fund and have an administrative question about your own account, please contact Maitland Institutional Services Limited, our third party administration partner. (Fund Partners Limited) If you are an investor in the FP Miton Income Fund and have an administrative question about your own account, please contact Fund Partners Limited, our third party administration partner. They will be better placed to help you. You can reach them on 01202 855 856.

 

Our process

 

We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and investigate it fairly. Some complaints can take longer to resolve, but we’ll keep you updated throughout. After we’ve finished investigating the complaint, we will write to you with our decision and explain how we’ve reached our conclusion.

 

The Financial Ombudsman Service

 

If we can’t resolve the problem to your satisfaction, you have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service. This is a free, independent service that aims to resolve disputes between financial services companies and their customers. We will send you their details when we respond in writing to your complaint.
